The SSC Combined Higher Secondary Level (CHSL) Tier-II Examination is the second and final stage of the SSC CHSL recruitment process. It is conducted as a Computer-Based Examination (CBE) consisting of Objective Type Multiple Choice Questions along with a Skill Test/Typing Test. Tier-II is divided into Session-I and Session-II. Session-I includes Mathematical Abilities, Reasoning & General Intelligence, English Language & Comprehension, General Awareness, and Computer Knowledge. Duration

Session-I: 2 Hours 15 Minutes, Session-II: 15 Minutes

Marking

3 marks are awarded for every correct answer in the objective sections. The Skill Test/Typing Test is qualifying in nature.

Negative marking

1 mark is deducted for every incorrect answer in the objective sections. There is no negative marking for the Skill Test or Typing Test.
